Any info on 305th regiment, 77th infantry division WWII? Antonio C Quercia was KIA May 12, 1945 in Okinawa. I am trying to learn more.

I have a copy of the Unit History of the 739th Field Artillery Bn during WW2. The title of the book is “Fire Mission” and it includes photos of all soldiers assigned to this unit as of May 1945.
I also have a copy. I wish it wasn’t so difficult to match the faces….
My Great Uncle, Laverne T Brooks TEC5, was a member of the 739th. Trying to locate a family photo of him to cross reference to your photos.
